My Life Is In Chaos--How Can This Be Positive?

Every change event of life has some effect on us. The more major the event, the more significance. Additionally if we have many change events, the more possibility for stress.

The good news is that some major change events cause us to spring into action. Perhaps we will seek more education, the counsel of a friend, a spiritual growth activity, or some other positive adjustment. Adults do not learn and grow simply because they have the opportunity. Adults need a life event to trigger them into action. Eighty-three percent of adult learning experiences are related to family and/or career change events. A traumatic event in your life may become part of the impetus that will bring about a great deal of growth.

So take hope--this chaotic time in your life may be the energy factor to launch you in new directions.
