Take responsibility for yourself. Focus on controlling and stabilizing yourself. You can’t control your spouse, but you can control yourself.
You shouldn’t take the responsibility for your spouses part in the marriage failure, nor should you push the blame onto your mate. Focusing on the past, looking for someone to blame, or beating up on yourself will all be counterproductive.
